  For now 1 star. Went there to buy some pizza. Stood there for a few minutes. Not one person said "hi", or "someone will help you shortly", etc. 2 people ahead of me waiting for orders. I waited and accepted that they were busy. (Around 7 or so workers in a pizza shop).
  
  When the 2nd customer received their food, thought at least they would check in on a waiting customer, but nope. Lady decided that I was not worth serving, flat out ignored me and slowly walked away. Another lady serving the other customer stared at me but she was still busy.
  
  I had it after that and just left. Went a few minutes up ahead and just order pizza pizza. I worked in a restaurant far busier than this for 9 years so I understand some wait. However zero customer acknowledgement is bad service. May give it a shot another time but lots of options for pizza.

  Best pizza you can get. I live in Toronto but come back to Hamilton often to visit my parents and almost always make a stop here to get pizza. It's not "gourmet" but for fast food pizza this blows the mainstream chains out the water and is owned by a great family who is super friendly.

  Rude rude rude! Ordered delivery for a pizza and wings combo. We live about 7minutes up the road. I was told it was going to be 45mins to an hour, which was completely understandable and fine with me. We waited over an hour for our order and no one came, nor did anyone call to say the driver may have been lost. We called finally and they said he will be there soon. I began to tell them that we are concerned our food will be cold by the time the order gets to us. The rude woman cut me off and put a man on the phone and he began asking me for directions. I explained to him where we were and stated that they delivered to us before and everytime we order they say they know where we are but when it comes time for it to be delivered, they have no idea where we are? I then said I would like to cancel my order and he was refusing to let me cancel! I ended up having to repeat myself not once, not twice, but three times to finally cancel my order! Terrible customer service. Never again.
