  Read bad reviews so my husband and I were hesitant to try this place out, except from the moment we stepped in the owners made us feel so welcomed. He changed the channel so my son could watch Tree House, closed the door to accommodate us since we were a little cold (despite the fact that the kitchen area was much hotter thus the reason they had the door opened in the first place). We had the Haddock Platter and fish was perfectly cooked- batter was crunchy but not over done and the fish was moist. Portion size was very good and the price was reasonable. After speaking with the owners (who appear to be a husband and wife team), we found out they were the new owners who took over the restaurant in August 2015. We highly recommend checking them for yourself as the service was unparalleled and the food was delicious.

  This place is awesome, dont pay attention to old reviews. Mikes used to be owned by a different family but they have new owners now and its one of my favourite fast food places. Try the mozza sticks too

  Don't look at past reviews. Service is great and food is excellent. There's no homemade tartar sauce but the food is always crispy and fresh.
