  Not sure if they hired a new kitchen manager or why they changed the menu but they changed their once delicious fish & chips to a crushed salt & vinegar chips batter. It's disgusting. It holds the grease more & doesn't taste very appealing. Too much batter & not enough fish. I had 2 inches of batter before I tasted fish. They served these 2 huge pieces or fish & the fries on this ridiculous plate that didn't fit the food right. Very awkward to eat. I had to put one of my fishes on a tiny side plate that was on my table. The server who seems "out to lunch" asked how our food was & when my boyfriend & I said we didn't like it at all, he said "oh". Lol. That's it. Nothing else. My step father barely touched his schnitzel & the server never asked why.
  
  This isn't the first dish they have changed. Seems like every time we go something is gone or made different.
  
  Overall, food sucked, service was way too slow and we were ignored. We won't be back to this location or any other one.

  Can a Roadhouse have friendlier staff? You would be hard pressed to find them........a group of 9 of us, (incl. a 5yr & 14 month old) gathered for our Sons 19th, and a Good Time was had by ALL. Food, Great! Menu, Varied, a little out of the ordinary for a change & GREAT! Staff : cannot smile enough when thinking about them (all).......FANTASTIC!!
  Value for your Buck, Most Certainly!!
  Will we gather there in the future for our get togethers, No Question..........maybe we'll see you there.......You Should Come and Join Us!!!

  I haven't visited a Kelsey's in a while and it was pretty good. Menu is different than I remember (this is going back a few years) but food was decent and came out pretty quickly. This location is busy b/c its close to the movie theatre but also convenient if you want to grab a bite before a show.

  This was a total surprise since I'm a hater when it comes to Kelsey's but this was fantastic! The menu was great, the food was really good and the outdoor patio was beautiful. My Vegan friend and peanut allergy friend both had lots to choose from and the word was infinitely patient. Hater no more (at least for this location)!
