  Such undelighted. We order this for our school, because it is the cheapest option. When we get it, it does not have steam, and it has peperonie on it, and stale . Pepporonie is the only option we get. This makes it an inconvience because everybody only gets peporonie. One person in my class is piscoterian ( means that you can have fish and veggies and milk , but not meat) this makes it hard becuase she has to pick off the peporoni off the pizza. They also freze it for 6 hours. Nice job. But , its not the managers fault. Its the people who work there. Rude, mean teenagers who dont give a crap about these kind of things. Every pizza day, i check the recipe to see that it is imporved. Im watching you to see if you imporve! I want a pizza that is worth my loonie/toonie.

  Absolutely awful, no one cares, 8 people working all of them all over the place. Management needs to retrain staff non of them knew what was going on. Left empty handed without my pizza, they lost my order. Never again will I go back.

  The Mud st. Stoney creek location is worst Pizza Pizza!!!!! Don't even waste your money or appetite on this place you'll regret it. This is not the first time the pizza at this location was horrible. Tonight I ordered the classic Spicy Bbq chicken pizza with extra cheese and it tasted like it was two days old it didn't even have BBQ sauce on it. It was completely dry, I had called the location and told them nicely that they made a mistake on the order so then offered me another pizza no charge. about 25-30mins later the second pizza arrived. I got to the door he was handing me the new pizza then pulled it away asking for the first pizza back... I told him I had no idea he wanted the pizza back we were starving and had munched on a couple slices while we were waiting. The delivery guy starting yelling that I don't get 2 pizzas for this price, literally freaking out in my door way saying I'm going to make them bankrupt and to never to do this again talking down to me like I'm a child getting scolded by their parents.. Im 34 with my two children upstairs not a teenager. Then after all that the second pizza was burnt.. no exaggeration inedible.

  Not a good experience at all we order a pizza with 3 pops and funnel sticks and decided to add wings. It took an hour and 30 mins to get here. When we asked if it was for free he blamed us for ordering on a Saturday night. So not only did we have to wait longer then 40 mins we did not get our funnel sticks. I waited for 30 minutes on hold to get our funnel sticks. Our pizza was cold and waited another 40 minutes for the funnel sticks. Most defiantly won't be ordering from pizza pizza again. Completely rude and do not follow timeline.

  Quiet and warm place. But they don't have any halal options as some other pizza pizza have.
