  The staff are very great, and the building is anyways clean. The food however is not very appealing. Nothing seems to look like their menu counterparts, the flavours are very bland, and the presentation of the food could be best described as "limp". It seems like most things are heated up instead of cooked, which unfortunately seems to be the way most big franchises are heading. The food definitely suffers here.

  Wait staff very nice and helpful. The food unfortunately is lacking. The ribs which are the signature dish is very dificult to eat, not even close to fall off the bone as advertised. If they don't improve I don't think they will last.

  Writing this review half way through the meal. Don't waste your time and money coming to this place. Walked in at lunch time and this place was a ghost town. 2 servers on the job and no bartender. Ordered the fajitas and had to keep asking for more wraps. Felt like we were getting rationed. $26.00 for this meal and was not worth a single penny.

  Just had the kickin creamy shrimp steak meal, and loved it! Perfectly cooked and server was great! Definitely coming back soon.

  Our server was great, a bit quirky, and brought food out quickly. The food was delicious. Every plate of food that our group ordered looked fantastic.
