  Went there for Burger fest on a Monday night. I will never return. Bread was stale and burger where just plain poorly made. Service was so slow. It 45 mins to get our food. It wasn't even busy and people had to go inside to get there own drinks. I didn't think you could screw up a burger until I came to this location.

  Limited non-glutonous options. All burgers are massive, most portions appeared overly large. Had the Cool Ranch Doritos chicken fingers. Tasty, but there was more coating than chicken. Friendly people and nice surroundings, just not loving their menu as it currently is.

  Disgusting ... food was cold ... when manager came to table she started arguing the fact. Used to love this place ... will never go again... save your money and go James st in Hamilton for real food

  Very disappointing, went for dinner last night and obviously should've gone somewhere else. Waited almost 5 minutes to even be acknowledged at the door, we then went and sat at a table in the bar. Perfect place to sit.... if you want to be ignored. The girl behind the bar(who was also our server we came to find out) was moving in less than slow gear, chatting to the other servers as she went along. We sat there for a good 10 minutes without being given menues or offered a drink. Better yet another sever IN UNIFORM was standing a table behind us talking to a man and eating his spinach dip off of his plate clearly not concerned about what was going on in the restaurant behind us. We were finally greeted at 645 and our drink orders were taken and we were given menues. Our waitress came back with our drink and we tried to order but she told us she would be right back with her note made. At 7pm (almost 15 minutes later) she returned to take our order. One person at our party asked a question about one of the new burgers. The waitress seemed very annoyed and pointed to the menu saying "it's right here" and moved onto the next person. Our orders were taken and then arrived at the table 35 minutes later and were much dissipointing. The buffalo chicken wrap would have been better called the burned chicken wrap, as that's all you got. No manager in sight and our server never came to check on us. Everyone in our party of four was disappointed by their food. When our server finally returned we were finished eating, she dropped the bill and took the plates. Never asking how everyone was or offering dessert. We informed her it was debit, she came back handed us the machine and walked away, no small talk or asking how dinner was. We left and got food on the way home as no one really ate anything. All in all a painfully slow, pathetic experience.
