  I made a reservation for my daughters 13th birthday and the service right from that phone call was beyond great. We arrived and were pleasantly greeted. We got the "Elvis" table which my daughter loved. The service from the staff was amazing. This will definitely be our go to restaurant from now on! Thank you!

  For a place that claims to have "BIG" portions on the menu, our salads were small and the greens were wilted. On top of that, the waitress took our money and left without saying good bye. It felt extremely rude. Won't ever in my life be coming back.

  My family and I've been going to this Jack Astor's for the last nine years. Our experience has been that the service and food have been great. The customer service is excellent one time our orders got missed placed or lost. It take our food 45 minutes to get to us. The manager came right over and apologize for the mixup and our dinner was on the house. When they mess up they fix it.

  Menu has changed, not for the better... I had a house salad which consisted of a couple cherry tomatoes, 4 croutons, what I think was a tiny amount of Juliette cucumber with shredded beets that tasted like dirt. Your should really warn a person about that, beets are gross and luckily was decoration on top that I could easily take off. No cheese, no onions, no carrot or anything with a little taste. I also had a club sandwich that had I known was covered in pepper, I wouldn't have ordered. I could only eat half of it my mouth was on fire and so were my lips. I'll admit I'm a picky eater, but I did ask what was on them because of it. Nothing I normally order was on the menu and their signature cocktail of the season that the girls who seat you point out making sure you know how amazing it is.... Was not available but it took up 1/3 of the menu on one side... Why not make sure your properly stocked for the holidays?
