  This was my second time at this location and I think I'm done with coming here. Both times the burgers were over cooked and dry even though we told the waiter to make it medium-well. Then, they forgot my sides and one of the toppings. The other location in Burlington was better.

  Food is delicious, fresh and abundant. Thank goodness for take out containers... Service is extremely friendly, definitely one of our favourite places!

  This location is pretty popular during lunch/dinner times but is never too too full that you don't get a table. Their food is always amazing, made exactly as told. The service is quick and thorough and all wait staff is friendly

  Worst experience I have ever had dining out.
  
  At the beginning the server seemed great, very enthusiastic and helpful.. once our orders were placed we didn't see her again. The food order took forever to come.. we finally got it and they put way too much peppercorn on them (more so his then mine) it was basically peppercorn on a bun. His burger was flat and way over cooked, and my chicken was basically burnt which she would have noticed it's hard to miss a burnt chicken breast. I would never go back to this location, the server witnessed my boyfriend trying to pick the peppercorn off 3 times as she walked by without checking on us... he ended up picking all the toppings off and it still didn't get rid of all the peppercorn on his burger. She came up to us after we were finished.. saw all the toppings and asked us how we liked it. We said there was way too much peppercorn on his and how he had to take everything off it to stomach it ... she said oh that's too bad. We asked for our bill and she sat and grabbed with other customers for about 15 minutes after us asking for the bill.. right in front of us. Worst experience ever and I will be sure to never visit this location again. I'm not one to complain, or cause a scene but she was terrible and the food was awful. Terrible first experience at the works!
