  I waited for more then 25 mins to get my 4 pc chicken and when i asked her how long will it be? She says oh 10 more minutes. Like it is normal for them. Wont recommend for anyone to be here.

  I'm not sure why the manager, Cindy I believe her name is - gives attitude when you talk to her. No personal skills & treats her customers like it's a problem to serve them. Out of the 3 times I've been there, 2 interactions have been unpleasant. My chicken wasn't cooked right & when I told her she basically acted like I was lying & told me that getting a free meal out of it so relax lol. No thanks. I think I'll pass. They don't even deserve one star

  I love the update to the seating area. But the chicken was dry. The rest was good.

  The chicken is not fresh. The size of the chicken in combo is very small (less than half the normal size). And the customer service is bad. The employee does not care about what customers have experienced in the store.
