  Every time we go here I try and keep my mind open. But it's always mediocre food. Just barely passes the line of edible. This weekend I had an eggs Benedict and wow. The muffin was mush, pure mush. There was an insane amount of spinach just on one half, I had to take it all off. It was frozen spinach and it tasted awful. Did I leave hungry? No. But did I leave satisfied? No.

  Ordered 2 French Toast meals to go and they forgot my syrup . Didn't realize until we were at the park opening up our takeout bag . I called and asked if u could go back and pick up syrup but at this point by that time my whole meal would of been cold. All they said they could do was give me my money back for the syrup that they forgot not thinking that my Meal is now ruined no syrup for my french toast so 30 dollars down the drain . Not to mention the waste of gas from burlington to come to Hamilton to order my favorite meal. I called head office and the owner John said that I refused for them to deliver my syrup to me I'm a park which isn't try all I said was my food will be cold by then . So now I'm pretty mad and disappointed cause this was my favorite place and all they could do for me was to say they would give me a free soft drink . I don't want a drink I want my 30 dollar worth of food that I ordered back and done right that's over 2 hours of work I put in to pay for this meal that I did not get to enjoy. Always has good experiences there until now the owner John that hides behind his desk could even have the respect to talk to me .I will never again step foot in a place that doesn't care about there costumers and only cares about the money. Very sad John you really make your business about money and not about customers satisfaction.

  Best breakfast or late night rendezvous place in Hamilton. Great Home fries and Fish n Chip specials on Fridays. Highly recomend.
