  Had a problem with the driver from just eat. He was 45 minutes later than he was supposed to be and the food got here cold. Called the store and Amanda S from the dundern location couldn't have been more helpful. I wasn't going to order again but she took care of everything. Rectified the situation and made us happy. She's a great employee. Definitely give her a huge thanks from us!!!

  Great staff. A little overwhelmed but friendly and apologetic. It's clear they are dealing with a lot of corporate pressure.
  
  While the staff are fine the food is not. TV dinners have more flavour than this location.
  
  I get a craving for KFC every one and a while based on nostalgia. This restaurant reminds me of lonely dinners alone with a Swanson friend chicken dinner.
  
  I'm not gonna blame the staff but it's clear something is wrong with this location.
  
  Won't be returning.

  Never had a issue recently. Last time a take out order was missing an item and the whole order was sent for from once informed. Two meals for one is always solid.
  
  People working today (April 24) are friendly and helpful.

  "everything that was ordered before 7:30 is out for delivery"
  "so my 6:30 order waited an hour to get sent out?"
  "I'm sorry we got hit in store and delivery you should have been updated the expected delivery was an hour and a half."
  "whatever thanks"
  an hour later than the original 40 minute estimate, the food was cold and the container of gravy was in a bag on it's side and the top was not put on properly, guess what happened.
  This was my first KFC delivery order and will also be my last
  also the coleslaw was missing and the bread tasted like it had fallen behind the deep fryer.
