  First of all the food was delicious. I would give 5 stars for that. Unfortunately I don't feel as if my first experience there was that great. First of all there were no menus that I could look at and the screens with the menu on it we're all down. I had to physically look online please in my phone in order to know what there was to offer. The prices are very good except I ordered half a chicken expecting to get dark meat, white meat with a chicken wing a text. Unfortunately what I got work to drumsticks and too is of dark meat. Very disappointed as that was not what I paid for. I recommend the potatoes and the rice hands down

  Ordered a bean side dish and asked to have it altered to include chicken. Without hesitation the cook was more than willing to accommodate. Great tasting portuguese food. I think people need to understand how busy this place gets in regards to the staff. We cant always be exuding rainbows and unicorns

  Tried this place for the first time. Amazing food! Had quarter dark with rice and potatoes. It's to die for. Only $8.75. Great portions! Wife had the pork cutlet sandwich.. Amazing again. Definitely coming here all the time. Great atmosphere. The staff seemed really happy to work here. Great atmosphere.

  The entries are good for the price and are more than enough to fill you up, but the service is fairly poor.
  
  The employees seemed tired and uninterested and their menu-displaying TVs are broken so you have to use the tiny pamphlet menus (see picture below).
  
  The dishes aren't numbered on the menu, and since they have Portuguese names it can be difficult to tell the cashier what you want to order. I just ended up pointing at the items and saying "I want this".
  
  Otherwise, the environment/decor is clean and homely.

  The foods great here, however this is the second time I've ordered ahead and waited much longer (approx 15 minutes) than their given pick-up time. I would rather be provide me with a more realistic wait time then having to wait in the restaurant. Seems disorganized.
