  This place is terrible. Today is the last straw for me. I won't be back. I have been in this restaurant many times and am frequently disappointed. Either with the slow service or wrong order. Or even a grumpy manager that gives her staff attitude. On this day I got my order wrong in the drive through. I didn't realize it was wrong till I got home. When I called the store to complain no one would answer and you can't leave a message. So I went online to contact head office costomer service. There answer to me was that I am free to go back and get what I was supposed to have and sorry. Really that's it. Ya. I'm sorry. Thanks a lot. The only reason I had kept going back was because there is never a lineup there. Compared to the other restaurants in the area. Well I guess I have finally clued in to what everyone else has been doing. Sit in a line somewhere else rather than get treated like garbage there.

  Went through drive thru and the man said "I'll be with you in a moment" .. OK that's fine. 5 minutes later I had to say "hello?" at that time his attitude was a bit more hostile while taking our order. I pulled around to the window to pay and noticed that it was a manager that had taken our order. The man had given me our drinks taken payment and I had asked for straws. It was obvious at that time he had an attitude as he didn't give me straws but gave me a "dirty look" and shut the window and walked away! He walked to the other side and another female manager came to the window to send out the food. Again, rushing and not saying anything so I asked again.. "can I please get some straws?" She grabbed a bunch handed them to me and shut the window... have a nice day to you too! Poor customer service and especially inappropriate for managers!

  Me and my wife ate here on February 7, 2017 as we were hungry and out of town. This Wendy's location is very clean and our server was very kind and courteous. While we were eating, he was cleaning around and asked if everything was OK with our food, which you wouldn't expect in a fast food place compared to an actual restaurant. The food was good and well presented, unlike some other fast food joints that serve you food that almost never looks like it's advertised in the menu.
