  Great food and coffee with super friendly staff. Sometimes there is no place to sit. Comfortable seats by the fireplace. Limited street parking, lots of paid parking in the back, but a bit challenging to get in & out of the parking lot (drive between two buildings in & out) seems to be more trouble than it's worth to stop for a coffee, so don't visit as often as I would like.

  Friendly staff and sometimes the coffee is pretty decent. Usually can find a place to sit and the crowd is usually low key and not too boisterous. Good place for studying.

  The staff at this location just doesn't compare to other locations my husband and I visit . Less friendly, and always appear to be very short staffed. Perhaps if staffing wasnt an issue, staff would be more friendly?
  
  I love starbucks, but unfortunately I choose not to go this one unless I have too.

  I was a customer that went there everyday sometimes twice a day. Last night went there and went to go sit in the seat next to the window where I always sit and a girl that was sitting next to where I wanted to quickly left because she thinks I'm going to look at her laptop screen. I felt uncomfortable and scoffed at by a measly customer. Kept giving bad body language towards me. When her friend left before her she quickly jumped further down the seating. It's like she has a racism issue and figured I shouldn't sit there. I never been treated like crap all because I wanted to sit where I always sit and it was empty. That girl clearly has some mental issues and racist. Terrible experience. I will go down the street to Second Cup instead

  Over crowded. Not enough room to sit comfortably. Great selection but service is questionable depending on who is serving you that day. Background music a little loud.
