  My favorite Starbucks in Hamilton. Located right across McMaster University on Main Street. Staff are really really nice and friendly, at the same time professional and fast. They make good espresso drinks and frapocinos.

  Great Starbucks standards and great services but I don't know why they put the mobile orders away from the pick-up table. You must get your mobile order by notifying one of the busy staff instead of simply picking them up by yourself. Don't understand.

  This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff here make a huge effort to remember your name, and sometimes even your order if you are a regular. They always go the extra mile to "make it right" if a customer is dissatisfied with an order, and they all act very professionally.
  
  Would highly recommend going here if you want to have a drink that's always made properly.

  This starbucks is a busy and convenient location with plenty of windows for a good view and plenty of seats. However the seats are often taken because seating is inefficiently used. Due to the layout no seat is really safe from the draft in winter. There is outdoor seating with shade in the summer which is nice.

  This place is full of students studying and people lining up for drinks almost all hours of the day. But don't be discouraged! Service moves quickly and there's lots to choose from. Staff are friendly and patient, which really helps.
