  I ordered two extra large pizzas and got two large pizzas instead. Cheated. The second XL pizza was walk-in special for $9.99 on their web. But I was charged 11.99 plus tax. I asked but the store owner said he didn't honor the web price. Cheated twice.

  Horrible food and service, unsanitary food handling, the people who work there are rude and cheat on both the prices and the toppings to save a few pennies. The pizza is sub par and does not taste good. I've had pizza at many other Ginos Pizza locations and it's decent pizza, but this location has been run into the ground, the only thing keeping them going are the McMaster students, avoid at all costs.

  Tastes okay, it's comparable to Pizza Pizza.
  
  I've never had a problem with service personally.
  
  Their 7$ medium walk in special is great if you're a lazy student like me who wants to maximize the number of calories they can get per dollar.
  
  7/10 would come back occasionally
