  I'm a big fan of Jacks, I always stop by from time to time to grab a drink or some food with my fiancee. My recent visits has changed my perspective about this specific location. The servers are rude, their slow like a turtle, and my orders are always wrong! I'm debating if I should return or not, I live literally 10 minutes aways and I think I'm gonna head out to the ancaster location which is alot quicker and servers are alot friendlier and polite. I don't recommend this location, the food is good but the service is horrible! Ancaster is alot better in my opinion.

  Great bunch of people working there.Foods OK but pricey. Beers always cold if you drink bottles off ice. Better selection of bottles would be nice instead of trippy tap names that don't work.

  Terrible service. Joined a table of my friends who had already been sitting at a table. Server did not come by until 25 min after I seated. Was a quiet night, not busy. Super disappointed - bad service and rude staff. Last time I visit this establishment.
