  The wings may be big & meaty, but not worth the attitude and incompetence of the owner and under trained staff. On our most recent visit, my husband called and asked if he could order gluten free wings, he asked if the sauce was gluten free as well. The order came to $31.08, he paid $51.10, the owner gave him $19 back, we advised him that was incorrect change. The owner refused to give the proper change back. When we get home we found the wings breaded. When my husband called back to complain the owner was not only combative but rude saying we didn't ask for the wings naked. We advised we asked for everything gluten free, why would we want breading as my wife is celiac. After some argument, the owner advised he would remake our order (which would take 45min, we live 10 min away). Our new order had barely any sauce and looked like there was fewer wings. This is our third and last visit.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars the guy at the front cash he needs to fix his attitude also my wife has ordered from there plenty of times and her order was wrong 3/4 times she's ordered she thought she would give it another chance clearly he doesn't know what he is doing. The people in the back seem to know what they are doing for how old they are but when he enters the back it is just a hot mess and chaos

  So first of all, the owner had some difficulties taking our order because he did not know what combo # referred to what sandwich on the menu. He then blamed us for confusing him. The food itself was quite tasty (ate at the location), but expensive. After spending $32 on two sandwich combos, I needed some extra water as the sandwich I ordered was spicier than expected. I asked for a cup of water and he proceeded to start typing on his Ipad. The total was $4.95. I was shocked as a cup of water should be free, but apparently they only have overpriced 1l bottles of Nestle water for sale. I told him to forget it. They do not seem interested in retaining customers or appreciative at all. I won't be going back.

  Let me start off by saying .... if you want to get food poisoning come here, the owner doesn't cook the chicken long enough and plenty of people complain about getting sick from him. Second of all the owner is rude to every single customer who comes in he doesn't treat anyone nice at all he has no manners. The chicken they cook is PINK and they have rats and roaches crawling on the counters it's disgusting, and all the employees are crack heads. I bet if you go on there today and ordered the boneless bite chicken and rip it apart it will be pink in the middle. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

  EDIT: Went from 5 star to 3 star now 2... This Place keeps getting worse. Their portions keep getting smaller, their staff is completely inept. Ordering over the phone is just as bad as ordering online. They continuously have to call back to tell us they are out of something we ordered (even when a phone order is placed). Everything used to come nice and saucy, now almost dry. The Viper Sauce ( the additional charge one) is no longer as hot as it once was and they lack in the saucyness. The portions have gotten smaller yet again. When placing a delivery order for cash, the driver shows up with no change even when there is a convenience store right across the street. I worked Pizza/Wings for half a decade, this is completely unacceptable. You had one damn job, do it. He lost 4 dollars of his tip and next time he shows up without any change, I will be paying him to the penny, all change.
  
  I will order one last time in hopes they will return to the great food they delivered when they first opened. If not it will be my last. Be wary of this place.
  
  Was 5 star when they first opened. Now the sauce isn't as got nor do they use as much. They lack the items that we offer and have to call back to tell us. They often forget items as well. The online ordering option is excellent. I hope they turn it around, I'll update review of they do.
