  Great food but the staff was a bit slow, understandable with a trainee. Needs a bit of a refresher inside though.

  Terrible customer service from a very rude teen worker. Complained to the manager about the bad attitude and when I was walking away I could hear the manager say "guess I have to fire you now" and laugh to the teen in question. Extremely unprofessional and clearly neither of these workers had any consideration for the customers.

  Decent Wendys. Sometimes poor customer service but generally okay. Not quite as much of a commitment to their customers as the McDonalds on dundurn. However, still an acceptable chicken finger retailer. Theyve forgotten my BBQ sauce several times.

  Staff seems disinterested in serving you but at least they never screw up my order! Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best!
