  I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening around 5:00. There were very few people there at that time so you would expect that the kitchen was not overwhelmed and could produce good food! Apparently NOT! I ordered the Quesadilla for $13.99. I order this dish often from different restaurants and this one was priced higher than most. So in turn, I expected more. What a disappointment. There was nothing in it but cheese, it was soggy and dripping oil from the cheese.There is nothing positive I can say about it. Don't order it!

  One of the waiters spilled hot nachos on my husband and I when we were sitting at the bar and he didn't apologize?!? The nachos were spilled in my purse and on my shoes as well?? After waiting nearly 35mins for a seat and ending up having to sit at the bar the whole time we expected MUCH BETTER service!!!! The manger was no where to be found. We will definitely not be back

  This restaurant is average at best. It used to be great years ago, but the prices have risen significantly to the point where the cost does not reflect the quality of food. The service is mostly good, and the food is half decent, but for the same price you can find much better food elsewhere in Hamilton.

  Will never come back. I go to TJs regularly in Burlington and the burger is phenomenal. Here, it was way over cooked, dry, barely edible. Fries were 70% those little ends slivers, room temperature on plate, and dry. Inedible. Our waiter after dropping off food did not bother to check in, so after the meal we flagged a bus girl who got us another pop and notified the manager that we were sitting at our table, ignored and unhappy. Not a place to go to for a casual meal.

  Decent food and service. Not a "Muskoka grill" at this location. Hard to describe the decor. No reason to not stop here, but no reason to go out of your way.
