  I don't usually leave negative reviews online but I am this time in hopes they will see it. I just came back from the drive thru and after asking the woman I was paying with to double check that they had my order right, she told me they did. Then I got to work to realize they did not. I now realize that instead of glancing down at my order on a screen she was checking the timer or something else to make sure she could keep going. I would 100% always ALWAYS rather wait another 30seconds per person in the line or even 60seconds (though most people wouldn't agree with that) then to have that extra small amount of time and for them to always get my order wrong. It's not a difficult order, but they are so worried about "faster, faster!" They screw up the orders! It's so frustrating. I probably won't go back, I'd rather go to one where it's not a drive thru.
  However, I am hoping the manager or location owner or someone sees this and cuts them some slack on timing and instead focuses training on getting the orders right. Thank you!

  Prices are getting ridiculous. Trash the loyalty programs and just offer decent value for your sugar costed junk food. And spend a few dollars and resurface the damn drive thru pavement.

  Busy location in a gas station. Don't have a full menu and the drive thru and in store cashier is often lined up. Food and coffee is ok.

  Employees are very disorganized and impolite , worst tim horton branch ever. i visited here 5 times and they gave me the wrong order 3 times and one time they forgot to give my free coffee with the coupon. employees are very slow

  Attitude from attendant taking order, then she guilt trips me when I ask to speak to the manager about her poor approach to people. Coffee is burnt... Bad experience.. will not return. I'll be in contact with corporate.
