  Can't stand this Tims they suck really bad.... I us to go almost everyday but I got sick of the staff screwing up our order every single time with out fall... either the coffee is always wrong or tastes burnt like they reuse it or they don't remember a donut or bagel. There is only one capable employee there and the manager is such an idiot that she doesn't know how to utilize the only good employee.. so she puts her on sandwich making while there's a line up out the street. They are complete morons sorry to say... I even called the owner and David still hasn't called me back... guess he want to talk with his pathetic staff first... David owns the one on Cannon too... but at least that one is a little better... but you can tell it's mismanaged too.. line up out the door while staff seams clueless as well. But the staff are much more polite.

  A Tim's literally right by my doorstep. Practically room service. Love it! The absence of dining area doesn't bother me. I enjoy eating on the go or in the comfort of my own home just minutes away.

  Crumy service. Some ofthe most pathetic servers ever. Check that your coffee is what you like and how you like it.
  If you get potatoe wedges, check them too, so you don't end up with dried out nastys.
