  Definitely not enough seating in this restaurant, most of the seating space is taken up by heaters and a large table right in the middle of the restaurant that literally one person sits at at one time. No disrespect. If you are looking for a place to go, you have time, and you request take-out then this my friend, is the Tim Horton's that you are destined to come to.

  Always get coffees with grains. Especially when going through the drive thru. Between me and the boyfriend going in & constantly complaining all they do is replace the coffee or coffees & give u free tabs for coffees.. 2x in one week, 2 different shifts... all the workers are young & goofing off.. mind u u do have the nice ones who say thank you or have a good day. Ever since they changed stores everything has changed, service, quality of product and so on.

  They have a massive cockroach infestation.
  They mainly stay around/under the front donut display, but are spreading to the back because they refuse to take care of the problem.
  They don't properly record food temps, they don't discard old food in the bagel bar, they reuse it until its gone, even if it is bad or expired.
  They don't throw out old coffee when it's slow, they still use it long after.
  Machines are not properly cleaned or serviced, which means cream/milk that gets stuck in the machine and rotts can come out into your coffee.
