  Waited for over half hour for our order. Brought 2 plates of VERY RAW crispy chicken. Manager Lina (If I recall it correctly) came to our table and apologized and she reasoned out that the pick up and delivery side got them behind (the only a handful of tables are occupied in the dining area)..... But saying "OBVIOUSLY, we are taking that off on your bill...." broke my patience.
  She took that family meal time that I was looking forward to, after long hours of work for few days. I did not come there to expect a free meal! She needs to go back to her "Management training" and learn to handle pressure in store operations, and empathy for unhappy customers. You can't just shove off free meal in our faces. Our waitress handled the situation waaaaayy better than the manager.

  Me and two of my friends ordered 150$ worth of food from here because we have low self-esteem and could not agree in anywhere decent. The food was actually a little bit better than what I expected (by which I mean it was tolerable) but the service was awful. They called us minutes after we ordered to make sure that “yes, we did hate ourselves that much" and to say that they were out of spring rolls. Which is understandable because we ordered at 130 and clearly they went through hundreds. Then the food got here and delivery guy was very nice. However they did not put any sauce on my friends’ cheesecakes even though they asked for caramel. Later we actually noticed that they forgot to include all of William Cuneo’s buns, you don't know him but that dude really likes buns! We sure as hell got a bag full of margarine though. Salt to the wound. In conclusion I recommend that everyone think about what they are going to eat ahead of time from now on so you aren't subject to the same experience.

  Our company orders lunch from this location for around 20+ employees two to three times per year and has for quite a few years now. We email our order the evening before as it is quite a large order to fill for the lunch hour. Our orders have always been delivered promptly at the scheduled time. The food arrives hot and the quality has been consistent. The staff at this location have gone the extra mile to write our employees names on the top of the take-out containers making it simple for correlation and distribution!! Very much appreciated!! We have always had a good experience and will continue our patronage !

  It was horrible...slow service. We couldn't figure out why since there were only 3 other tables occupied. Then we got our food and she forgot the appetizer. When my gf cut into her chicken; it wasn't thoroughly cooked and when the waitress came by and looked at it...her response was shock and gave us another one on the house.
  
  And then said sometimes they aren't cooked and then corrected herself and said its just the rotisserie; it is cooked but sometimes it doesn't look like it.
  
  Then to top it off she brought our the appetizer, saying it was on her. Of course it is. It was part of the special. Please... try another location.
