  The best Swiss Chalet in Hamilton/Burlington area. I cant say how much I am impressed with the food and staff at this restaurant. Patrick and Brian are doing a fantastic job managing and I will be returning soon to try some of the new meals we saw in the menu. 5 out of 5!

  We very frequently order take-out/delivery from this location and occasionally dine-in. We had a problem with our order last time (burnt bread, stale chicken wings and dry pot pie), however, upon contacting the call centre, the branch manager (Brian) got back to us promptly and resolved everything in a professional manner. He was extremely polite and offered to refund us for the entire amount in credits.
  We definitely are ordering again (in fact, we just did.. LOL!). Highly recommend this location. If the manager is that caring for customers, you cannot go wrong!

  Excellent location. Service attentive and food always good. Local spot for good a Swiss Chalet fix. Been having their chicken for decades growing up in Toronto. Love their sauce!!! Ribs pretty good as well.

  Very good service at this Swiss Chalet, best one I have probably been to. Come here with family majority of the time, and never leave unsatisfied. Very family friendly, staff is great and very fast at serving.
