  First of all, we've been loyal customers for years. Just get wanted to get that out there first.
  I ordered 2 pizza's last night for delivery. One of the pizzas that we ordered had sausage on it (amongst other items). When the pizzas arrived, what was supposedly sausage, appeared to be hot dogs!! We called them back and they promptly brought back 2 replacement pizzas. We only accepted the one pizza, as the other pizza was fine. The pizza that we ordered with sausage now had real sausage. Two stars because the second pizza was ok.

  Amazing pizza. Awful customer service. We've been ordering from them for a long time pizza is great but they never show up on time. They're always 15 20min late making us lose that time from our lunch time here at work. When I complained about this problem they offered me free pizza on my next order. So I call today to place that order and they won't honor they're offer. Sad to say Even the best pizza isn't worth being misled. We will never order from them again!!!

  Placed an online order this evening, received my email confirmation at 5:13. I called at 6:30 to see about when it would be here. I was told the driver already had it and it would be 5-10 min. At 7 I called again, just to be told basically my address doesn't exist. The driver finally calls, then arrives shortly after to show me my address was written down wrong. Ok, mistakes happen. That's not mine or the drivers fault. But now I have paid just over $50 for barely warm food and garlic bread that is disgustingly hard. I asked to have at least some of my order reimbursed. As I don't want to wait all night for more food, and I do not wish to order from here again. All she tells me is she can give me $5 off my next order, which is not even worth it. Then hangs up on me. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible organization.
