  Always filthy.. Customer service is lacking.. The self order idea has got to.. The orders called by number is pathetic.. If you order a coffee and there are eg.. 5 families of 4 ahead of you you have to wait for a cup of coffee while 20 orders of food are handed out be fore they look at your order

  Came here at 1am on a Saturday morning, Easily the worst burgers I've ever had at McDonald's. My filet o fish was extremely dry and old, FAR passed an acceptable state to sell. My Angus burger was also along the same lines.... Lesson learned... Stick with the basics.

  I want to say that I am at this McDonald's most days for my AM coffee and the ladies in the drive thru are super. Tara makes my day because she is so friendly and cheerful. The line is busy but moves along well.

  I drove from West mountain with my grandson to let him play in the play area and get some quick food. The play area apparently was closed for cleaning​. It actually looked like it had been closed for a long time and no one was doing any cleaning.
  
  I didn't see the sign amongst the myriad of other signs. I was ejected by an employee who seemed to have deep enjoyment that he was scolding me.
  
  So I walked out. Did not buy anything. I will never go back to this place again. Hope you won't either! The attitude was ridiculous .....there are lots of other McDonald's restaurant who will show some respect and appreciation for my business.
  
  By the looks of the other ratings.... I am not the only customer turned off.
