  Great selection of food and pleasant service as always! This time around I went for a healthier selection of foods and was not let down by their salad bar! One thing that did kind of set me off was that I asked for a bottle of Soju (Korean wine) and the waitress seemed to take offence that I ask this question. I understand that this restaurant serves Chinese and Canadian food only but I fail to understand why it is so controversial to ask for a Korean beverage when they serve Japanese Sake (rice wine) and Sushi? This however didn't ruin my experience and as a whole wasn't a big issue. I will be sure to return again at some point in the near future :)

  All the usual items on a standard Chinese buffet. We waited for some time to order a drink before we started to eat.
  Lots of options to start...fresh sushi, or the salad bar, with mussels and peel and eat shrimp and a few different soup options. The buffet itself had the standard deep fried chinese menu items like chicken balls, sweet and sour pork, egg rolls, spring rolls, noodles & veg, all of which I avoid in favour of something different, such as the baked salmon which was the highlight of the buffet! I also enjoyed the chicken curry.
  There is also a portion of the buffet with pizza, roast beef, mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. The buffet seemed to be a little scaled back during the week.
  The dessert buffet had something for everyone. Frozen yogurt and the waffles were a big hit with the kids.
  It's been a few years since I've dined here and while the buffet offers something for everyone and is easy to please a large party, the menu items were typical and too many deep fried items IMO. This foodie would rather spend the weekday price of $24.99 on a locally run resto. So many to choose from in Hamilton.
  Also weird...we told the wait staff we had a birthday at the table. They brought a cupcake and candle to the table and sang happy birthday. A nice gesture, however we were in the middle of eating our dinner!! Oops!

  This Mandarin Restaurant really does it right! One of the owners, Barry is always on hand to visit tables and obtain feedback from customers. One time I had visited, there were no pan fried dumplings, so Barry had the kitchen make some for me and brought them to my table! This location has really stepped up their game with fresh food, an ever changing variety and the quality of dishes and ingredients is extremely good for a buffet restaurant. Delightful and consistent - always a very enjoyable experience!

  It's better to reserve at lunch the buffet is very hot and fresh. And the drinks are amazing. The staff was super friendly. I just wish we weren't put beside a huge party. Behind us the whole room was still empty

  Love this restaurant. Been all around the country have not experienced such selection at such great price anywhere. Fresh pizza, chicken skewers, awesome selection of soups. I tell everyone going to Ontario from Alberta to try this place. They need to open one up in Edmonton.
