  ordered 2 large pizzas on the 10th of March. They were like cardboard, and burnt. I called back and had them remake the pizza and explained what I found when opening the pizzas. They apologized and resent the 2 pizzas. Guess what? If I hadn't personally taken the new pizzas you would have thought they were the exact same pizzas. They were not touched and a waste of $40.00. I never will order from them again.

  Just bought pizza from last week.. I have to say that they are amazing. Best customer service, very polite and most of all good pizza. Not like what they say it's very clean and fresh chicken ..

  They must have paid the last people to rate their food because it was not only absolutely disgusting, but also they have the WORST customer service. Hung up on us while we were placing an order for delivery, took over an hour to deliver the food 10 minutes away, went to the wrong address, gave us the wrong poutine, the wings were dry sitting in a pool of congealed sauce and the pizzas were so dry and tasteless that even my dog wouldn't eat it. Truly awful all around & such a waste of money.

  Ordered pizza and shawarma and shawarma poutine it was all horrible. The shawarma poutine was soggy and the chicken had bones. The shawarma was just awful it was dry.... and the pizza had a weird taste like bad crackers it fell apart so easily and had no flavour on it what so ever. And they were late everything came cold... never again a waste of money we threw everything out.

  I am a student at Mcmaster there are many pizza store around us including lava , Gino and pizza pizza but we order at HESS VILLAGE PIZZA for the first time on Saturday. I really have to say this their pizza & wings was the best, crust Tasted like it was home made I really mean it, staff was very friendly on the phone, I was really happy with their service and their food. Very affordable for the students .
