  Went in this past Friday night. I expected it to be busy. Luckily we beat the rush and were seated within 3 minutes.
  
  Our waiter came over and got us our menus and drinks efficiently.
  
  When asked we placed our order. I stated we would like to start with an appetizer. The waiter immediately ran to put that into the system. What I found odd, is that he couldn't take our full order and bring the food out accordingly.
  
  When our salads and appetizers arrived....we were not given any sort of plates. I understand the restaurant was busy but that shouldn't have taken 15 to 20 minutes to see how we were.
  
  I have only been to this location before and it was great. The service tonight was lacking. I don't think I will ever return to this location.
  
  Also.....the place could use a good cleaning. Dust. Cobwebs. Everywhere!

  The location is subpar compared to other ESM's. No consistency to their house salads and the wait staff was inexperienced.

  Absolutely was one of my favorite places to eat. Until recently. Unfortunately as a corporation, east side mario's has decided to change the cheese at their restaurants, essentially changing the taste of their menu. Just not a fan. A few of the staff even admitted that they had received several complaints, and urged our table to let head office know how we felt.

  Visited here today our food was awesome and didnt wait long. Our waiter Spencer was awesome and came to the table all the time while we were here to see if we need more salad and etc. Cheers

  The location is very busy, keep finding smaller portions or bigger plates, not sure but looks smaller. Great staff our last waitress was very pleasant and prompt. Food quality seems to be going down though.
