  Staff behind the counter making sandwiches etc need to learn some manners . I watched them treat several people of various ages with very little or no respect. I personally will never go there again and will be sure to tell everyone about the rotten service and attitude of the staff there.

  I've been here about three times and the service doesn't get any better!! I'm a big fan of country style but the workers could barely give as much as a smile and need to work on their attitude since they're working in customer service I even tipped them and couldn't get a thank you out of them. Have gone to their stoney creek location a number of times and never had a problem there, the girls are lovely at warming the customers and know how to communicate for the most part!! Donuts and coffee are fantastic but I couldn't help but be disgusted by the rudeness and attitude I've continued to witness here.
