  Unsure how to properly evaluate this place. I've been a couple times now, and the food has always been great (a little higher priced than some other pubs, but still worth the cost). The environment ranges from busy and loud with large parties, to completely dead on unexpected nights.
  
  The service is where the bar is hardest to judge. There are some servers who seem like they hate being there. One who is lovely but a little weird, and one that comes across as *too* prepared (flirts with all the guys, makes jokes with all the girls) and in the end makes you feel a little dirty leaving the tip that her training or online articles suggested she deserves. I don't mean to pile on the one girl, everyone has their own opinion, this was just what we discussed from our most recent experience. At the end of the day, she is one of the servers that makes you feel welcome.
  
  As I have already mentioned, I am a returning customer, and I intend to go back. I would recommend this bar to anyone new to the area, but you may have to go a few times to experience the different atmospheres offered.

  Only ever had a couple drinks here.. Good crowd, service was good. I'd go back but just not my kind of place.

  Augusta House- terrible meal on Thurs/Fri April 6-7. The Chefs Chop Block this day was a amall bacon wrapped fillet with mash & veg. Ordered MR and came MW. Returned. Second time around it came MR but was so chewy it was a challenge to even tear it apart by hand. Get a new Line cook and better meat supplier. Lousy mashed as well . Enjoyed the sauteed veg medley. That's all I could eat.

  I love coming to Augusta house. I've worked on Augusta street and all of the other bars lost their spark for me over time when it comes down to food. Thursdays are a must attend with muscles and martinis. The smoked gouda spin dip is something I get literally everytime I go there (i am so ashamed to say I cannot recall my absolute favorite bartender's name. Short blonde hair and a killer smile) but anytime she sees me even if it's been weeks or even months she remembers my drink and orders my dip right away. I am also the kind of annoying customer that orders a steak at 10pm on a week day and Brody always cooks it to perfection without a complaint.
