  Friday night with my family. Wasn't that busy and waited 15min after we were seated before seeing our waitress and being offered a drink for my family. Took 40min to deliver food. French onion soup was good but slightly evaporated as it was under the heat lamp. Food made it not get a full 1 star. Truly disappointed as we like to come here often. I'm sure the small tip also explained our satisfaction

  It was a honest mistake I ordered vegan burger but waitress thought I said bacon burger lol. But im the idiot who opened the burger and put toppings on it then ate half the burger before thinking to myself this is the most realistic fake meat ever but then I asked. Anyway she was very sorry and didnt charge for it. The bar I is loud to. I still gave her a $5 because she is hot.

  Always great food. I'm usually not impressed by big box restaurants but BP is consistently good food and good service! The consistency is why I am giving it 5 stars!!
